Esta ponencia est\u00e1 dirigida a todos aquellos que gestionan proyectos web, ya sean freelance o coordinadores de equipos.<\/p>\n

Nos detendremos en cada paso, desde la firma de contrato, definici\u00f3n del alcance, consultor\u00eda, prototipos, desarrollo y entrega final.<\/p>\n

A trav\u00e9s de la experiencia se compartir\u00e1n casos reales, metodolog\u00edas y herramientas no siempre tecnol\u00f3gicas. Soluciones que estaban en el mercado y otras de creaci\u00f3n propia, descubiertas en el camino en la propia gesti\u00f3n de proyectos.<\/p>\n

La importante labor del \u00abcoordinador\u00bb o \u00abfacilitador\u00bb: una especie de equilibrista que tiene que conseguir tener contento al cliente, motivado al equipo de desarrollo y que los n\u00fameros den en la parte de negocio. Todo ello sin olvidar la misi\u00f3n final de todo sitio web: que los usuarios que la visiten consigan sus objetivos. Y adem\u00e1s, sobrevivir en el intento.<\/p>\n

Una mezcla de procesos, herramientas, n\u00fameros y otra parte no menos importante de psicolog\u00eda, que incluye la comunicaci\u00f3n interna y externa.<\/p>\n

Pausu bakoitzean geldialdiak egingo ditugu, kontratuaren sinaduratik hasi, helburuak finkatu, aholkularitza, zirriborroak, garapena eta lanaren bukaerararte.<\/p>\n

Esperientzian oinarriturik, kasu errealak elkartrukatuko dira, metodologiak eta tresna ezberdinak. Jada merkatuan dauden soluzioak eta gure kabuz egindakoak, gure proiektuaren garapenean, bidean sortutakoak hain zuzen ere.<\/p>\n

\u201cKoordinatzailearen\u201d eta \u201claguntzaileen\u201d garrantzia: Bezeroa beti pozik mantentzea helburu duen ekilibrista, garapen taldea motibatuta mantenduko duena eta zenbaki aldetik, negozio on bat egiten saiatuko dena. Beti ere ahaztu gabe edozein webguneren helburua: bisitari guztiak asebetetzea eta euren helburuetara heltzea.<\/p>\n

Prozesuen nahasketa bat, tresnak, zenbakiak eta oso garrantzitsua den psikologia ere, kanpo eta barne komunikazioak bideratuko dituena.<\/p>\n

This talk it’s for all those that manage web projects, even if they are freelancers or team managers.<\/p>\n

We will stop in each step, from the sign of the contract, defining the scope, consultancy, prototyping, developing and the final delivery.<\/p>\n

Through the experience we will share real cases, methodologies and even not technological tools. Solutions that where in the market and own solutions discovered in the projects management.<\/p>\n

The important work of the \u00abcoordinator\u00bb or \u00abeasier\u00bb: a kind of equilibrist that has to keep the customer happy, the development team motivated and that numbers fit in the budget. And all that without forgetting the most important mission: make the website users reach the objetives. And also, survive.<\/p>\n

A mix of processes, tools, numbers and other part of psychology, that includes internal and external communication.<\/p>\n
